Two boys started fighting in a moving train over samosas, one died after being pushed

Rajnandgaon. The police have arrested a fellow minor for killing a minor by pushing him from a moving train over a dispute over eating samosas. The accused and the deceased, residents of Raipur, were returning home by boarding a local train from Dongargarh. There was a dispute over eating and feeding samosas between the railway tracks of Mudhipar and Mohbhatta, in which a minor pushed his companion from the moving train, resulting in his death.

According to the information, Somni police had found the dead body of a minor in the railway track on April 16. Who was identified as Sameer Mahanand Gudhiyari Raipur. While investigating the case, the police found that the deceased was returning from Dongargarh to Raipur with his minor companion.

During this time, we bought samosas from a vendor in the moving train and ate them together. Meanwhile, the accused felt like eating samosa again. For which he pressurized the deceased to feed him samosa. There was a dispute between the two regarding this matter. The deceased also slapped the accused during the dispute, due to which the accused got angry and pushed the deceased into the moving train. In this case, an offense under Section 302 was registered and the minor was taken into police custody for questioning. In which he accepted to carry out the incident.
