Raipur: A large number of women have also reached the Jandarshan organized at the Chief Minister’s residence in the capital Raipur. Some of them came with their problems, while some came to Jandarshan to thank Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai for the Mahtari Vandan scheme. Hemlata Tarak, Purnima Banjare and Mrs. Purnima, who came from Rajim, told with great joy that as soon as the money of Mahtari Vandan came in the account this month, they decided that they will celebrate Rakshabandhan with pomp and show with this money. They will buy Rakhi and good sweets for the brothers. They said that our government started the Mahtari Vandan scheme to make us financially capable. We express our gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Sai. Anjana Das and Sunanda Sahu of Bhilai said that whenever the money of Mahtari Vandan comes in the account, they feel very happy. Some of the money received in the scheme is spent and some is saved.
It is worth mentioning that Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has released the sixth installment of Mahtari Vandan Yojana on August 1. Under this scheme, money was transferred to the accounts of about 70 lakh mothers and sisters. As per the guarantee of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, it was resolved to give Rs. 1000 every month to mothers and sisters under Mahtari Vandan Yojana.
The administrative staff completed the survey work quickly and got the forms filled by the beneficiary women and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released the first installment of Mahtari Vandan Yojana on March 10. After this, this installment is being released regularly. Women are very happy due to the regular receipt of this amount. Some women are able to organize their household budget with this, while some are spending the amount on the education of children. Some are saving money for the future and some are also investing.
The values of good governance are clearly visible in the implementation of Mahtari Vandan Yojana. The amount is being transferred through DBT, due to which the entire process is transparent. Recently, many women applied in Jandarshan and also expressed their happiness about Mahtari Vandan Yojana. These women told the Chief Minister that Vishnu’s good governance has brought a lot of happiness and prosperity in our lives. Before this, such a good scheme for women was not implemented in our state. Our dreams are being fulfilled by this.
