Janjgir Champa. A case of making children work in school has come to light. The teacher brought paddy from his home to school and got the children to remove the bad paddy from it. This case is of Primary School Siladehi. As soon as the information of this case was received, the officials of the education committee reached the school and made a panchnama in the presence of the parents. The education committee has said that it will complain about this matter to the collector and DEO.
The education committee found in its investigation that assistant teacher Gopi Kumar Tiwari had brought 3.5 kg paddy from his home to the school, from which the karga (bad paddy) was being removed by the students. All the students of fourth and fifth class were leaving their studies and were removing karga from the paddy. The teacher Gopi Kumar Tiwari himself was also removing karga from the paddy.
Suspension action will be taken soon.
