Police had reached Ajmer to arrest the accused who escaped after stealing Rs 45 lakh

Ajmer: There was chaos in the Dargah area of the city due to the firing incident late on Tuesday night. Actually, Kerala Police had come to Ajmer chasing the accused who had fled after stealing Rs 45 lakh in Kerala. There was a sensation of firing in the Kamani Gate area near the Dargah of Khwaja Karib Nawaz between the Kerala Police and the miscreants in the Dargah area. It is being told that Kerala Police had come to Ajmer to arrest the accused on the basis of mobile location and were chasing the accused at night. During this, the accused opened fire on the police team to escape. As soon as the firing was detected, Ajmer Police teams reached the spot.
During this encounter, Kerala IPS controlled both the miscreants and arrested them. After this, the police caught both the youths and took them to Dargah police station. According to the information, the names of the arrested accused are Shehzad and Danish. These two accused had absconded after committing theft in Kerala, Kerala Police had come to Ajmer to arrest them.
While arresting the miscreants, trainee IPS Sharan Kavanle Gopinath of Kerala Police team was also injured. CO Gaurishankar of Dargah police station said that Kerala police officers had found the location of the theft accused in Ajmer. The Kerala team reached the spot, where on the instructions of higher officials, the Ajmer team was also chasing the accused. The location of the miscreants was found in Andarkot area. The accused were identified on the basis of photographs. Meanwhile, an attempt was made by the police team to surround and arrest him. Meanwhile, the miscreant took out his pistol and fired three rounds. Two pistols and 7 live cartridges, an iron mask and a big screwdriver have been recovered from both the accused. Both are residents of Uttarakhand. Preliminary investigation has revealed that they had reached Ajmer after committing some crime.
