Raipur. Naxalites killed 2 people on the Chhattisgarh-Telangana border. Panchayat secretary and a villager were killed by chopping them with an axe. It is being told that both were kidnapped from their home. Naxalites have issued a pamphlet accusing both of them of working for the police. The case is from Mulugu district of Telangana.
According to the information received, about 10-15 armed Naxalites had reached Perur village. They picked up the village panchayat secretary Uika Ramesh and a villager Uika Arjun from their home. After this, both were taken out of the village. Both have been accused of being police informers and have been murdered.
After the incident, the Naxalites left the bodies of both of them on the spot and fled towards the forest. When the police got the news of this, the soldiers left for the spot. The bodies of both have been recovered. The police is conducting a search operation in that area.
