Mancherial: Telangana Vidyarthi Udyam Vedika (TVUV) members urged the authorities to take action against TVUV colleges charging more than the government-prescribed examination fee. They submitted an application to the district convener of private and government ITI colleges here on Friday. TVUV state general secretary Chippakurti Srinivas alleged that private ITI colleges like Shakthi Sai, St Louis, Albert, Dimpy etc were violating rules by charging examination fee between Rs 1,500 and Rs 2,000 instead of Rs 213 for regular students and Rs 510 for supplementary exams.
