Kalyugi father slit son’s throat, dead body found in courtyard of house

Sirsa. On Thursday night in Sirsa, Haryana, a father killed his son by stabbing him to death. Both of them had a dispute while drinking alcohol. On Friday morning the body of the youth was found lying soaked in blood on the cot. After this the matter was informed to the police. The deceased has been identified as Sandeep Kumar (30), resident of Badagudha. According to the police, Sandeep used to work as a labourer. He was addicted to drinking alcohol. Sandeep’s wife left him because of his drinking habit. He lived at home with his father Lalchand. Lalchand also used to quarrel with his wife. That is why Sandeep’s mother also lived separately. On Thursday night, Sandeep had a fight with his father Lalchand while under the influence of alcohol.

Late at night when Sandeep was sleeping, Lalchand attacked Sandeep one after another with a knife. Sandeep died on the spot. After this Lalchand ran away from home. On Friday morning, a person from the village reached Lalchand’s house for some work. Sandeep’s body was lying soaked in blood on the cot there. She went into the house and called Lalchand, but he had run away from the house. After this, a crowd of villagers gathered at Lalchand’s house. On receiving information about the incident, the police also reached the spot and took the body into their custody. Police say that only after investigation it will be known whether Lalchand is involved in the murder or not. A case of murder will be registered after recording the statement of the relatives of the deceased.
