Jeep and Citroen will increase the prices of their cars from January 2025
Delhi Delhi: Stellantis-owned brands Jeep and Citroen will revise the prices of their models in India. The company will increase the prices of its models by up to 2 per cent from January 2025. According to the company, the 2 per cent price increase will vary on specific model variants. The company further said that the price revision is aimed at mitigating the impact of rising input costs and ensuring sustainable operations in line with the industry.
Stellantis India Managing Director and CEO Shailesh Hajela said, “Both Citroen and Jeep brands aim to offer greater value to their respective audiences, and we have been extremely prudent to ensure that the value quotient remains better than what is being offered in the market.” Hajela further added, “While the price revision is necessary due to the increase in input costs and exchange rates, we remain steadfast in our commitment to focus on providing value, high quality and a great driving experience to our customers.” Jeep recently introduced the 2025 Meridian in India. The Jeep Meridian is now available in five-seater and seven-seater configurations. It is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine.
