As per the instructions of Jitendra Shukla, Superintendent of Police, Durg and under the guidance of Richa Mishra, Additional Superintendent of Police, (Traffic) and under the leadership of Satish Thakur, Sadanand Vidyaraj, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic), in view of the upcoming Diwali festival, vehicle parking arrangements were made for the general public and traders and staff coming to the markets to buy goods, in which today the traffic police, Durg Municipal Corporation, Durg / Bhilai and Chamber of Commerce officials inspected the site for parking.
Power House Market Arrangements
🔹Traders and employees of Jawahar Market will park their vehicles in Lal Maidan.
🔹For the general public coming to buy goods in the market, there will be a provision to park four-wheelers under the over bridge and two-wheelers in the market parking.
🔹General public coming from Circular Market Link Road will park their vehicles in Government School Water Tanki Ground.
🔹Similarly, the general public coming from Nandni Road and Sheetla Mandir area
will park their vehicles in the police ground behind the Cantonment Police Station.
🔹Entry of heavy vehicles in the link road will be prohibited from 09.00 am to 09.00 pm.

🔹Traders will park their vehicles and the vehicles of the staff working in their institutions in the grounds of Mahatma Gandhi School and Marwari School.
🔹The general public who will come to the market for shopping will park their vehicles in the vacant land in front of the Veterinary Hospital and near the TB Hospital for parking.
🔹From Dhanteras, entry of four-wheelers will be prohibited on the following route and vehicles will be diverted by placing stoppers
1 From CSP Office Gate towards Indira Market.
2 From Farishta Complex towards Indira Market.
3 From Maan Hotel towards Moti Complex.
4 From Shanichari Bazaar towards Sarafa.
