Bilaspur. In Ratanpur, the rape victim’s mother was accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old child. Now a new twist has come to the fore in this matter. A false FIR was lodged to implicate the rape victim’s mother in a case of sexual exploitation. This has been revealed in the investigation report of ASP. After this, SP Santosh Kumar Singh has presented the investigation report in the court to dismiss the case. Let me tell you, the mother of a ten-year-old child had lodged a case in the police station by telling a false story of sexual exploitation of her son. To mislead the police, first got a case registered in Raipur, after that went to Ratanpur police station and got a report written. After the allegations were made, the rape police had forcibly picked up the rape victim’s mother from the house and arrested her.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad and social organizations had opened a front against the police for arresting the rape victim’s mother without evidence. After this movement, SP Santosh Singh formed the investigation team. And sought a report within seven days. After the investigation report came, the police granted bail to the woman. In this case, SP Santosh Singh had suspended TI Krishnakant Singh for registering a fake case and giving wrong information to the police officers. Apart from this, a show cause notice was sent to Kota SDOP Siddharth Baghel.
According to the information, the rape victim and her mother were pressurized by the youth’s family to withdraw the case. When these mother-daughter did not get caught in these people’s talk, then the rape victim’s mother was accused of sexual exploitation of a 10-year-old child. By making up a false story, she first took the child to the police station in Raipur and registered a case. But, Raipur police had refused to register the case, then the child’s mother reached Ratanpur police station. But the recorded report has proved to be completely false. If the police agree, action will be taken against those who lodged the FIR.
