WWE WrestleMania 41: John Cena defeats Cody Rhodes, wins 17th title

John Cena defeated Cody Rhodes and won his 17th title in WrestleMania 41 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

WWE WrestleMania 41 was a night full of action. Rhodes dominated at the start by keeping John Cena on the backfoot. However, the WWE icon soon proved his worth. John Cena showed his strength by pulling some vintage moves. The fight was close between Rhodes and Cena as either of them didn’t back down. Cena delivered a five-knuckle shuffle after which the crowd erupted with his most famous dialogue, “You can’t see me.”

John Cena is now officially the GOAT (greatest of all time) in the field of WWE. He has 17 World Title wins under his name. During the match, Cena used all his tricks and tips to dominate Rhodes. He even used dirty tricks like eye gouges, low blows, and even removed the turnbuckle pad.

During the match, rapper and singer Travis Scott made his entrance. The song ‘Fein’ played in the background when he entered the stadium. Cody Rhodes hit Cena with his signature move called CrossRhodes, but John Cena used this moment to get back at his opponent and bagging the world title.

This is the last world title of the wrestler as he will retire at the end of this year.
