Woman seriously injured by bear attack

Manendragarh Chirmiri Bharatpur. A bear attacked and seriously injured a woman who was plucking string fruits in the forest. Seeing the serious condition of the woman, the doctors of Janakpur referred her after first aid. According to the information received, Belakali, a resident of village Bela, went to room number 1349 of Janua Beat of Janakpur area under Manendragarh Forest Division to pluck the string fruit from the Mahua tree in the morning.

Dori plucked the fruit from the Belakali tree with the help of bamboo and dropped it down, after that Dori was collecting the fruit after picking it. Meanwhile, suddenly a wild bear came from behind and made a fatal attack and seriously injured him. While trying herself to avoid the attack of the bear, Belakali started shouting loudly for rescue. Hearing the sound, the villagers who reached the spot made noise. So the bear ran away from there towards the dense forest. By then the bear had seriously injured the woman.
