Woman assaulted over dispute over parking

Durg. Padmanabhpur police has registered an offense under section 294, 323, 506 against the accused who abused and assaulted a woman living in the neighborhood over a trivial issue. According to the police, Draupadi Manikpuri, resident of Kasaridih Kanhaiyapuri Durg, lodged a complaint that Yogesh Kumar Sen lives in front of the house in her neighbourhood. The victim parks her scooter in front of her house every day.

Regarding this matter, on the night of 13th March, accused Yogendra Kumar Sen alias Munnu came in front of the applicant’s house under the influence of alcohol and started abusing her saying why do you park your car on the road. When the victim refused to abuse, the accused threatened to kill her, beat her with his fist and grabbed her hair and threw her on the ground. Due to this the applicant suffered injuries on his head and legs. The police has started the investigation
