Two youths arrested for selling liquor near canal naka

Dhamtari. Two youths have been arrested for selling liquor near the canal crossing. Police is continuously taking legal action against illegal traders of illegal liquor, gambling, betting. In this connection, legal action was taken against two accused who were carrying illegal liquor in a motorcycle by the City Kotwali police station.

Near the canal crossing, Khileshwar Dhruv, son of Panchram Dhruv and Rishabh Kant Sahu, son of Toran Sahu were found transporting illegal liquor for sale in their motorcycle Honda Sign No. CG.05 AQ-0358. 29 quarters of country made plain liquor worth Rs. 2,610/- and 01 used black colour Hero Honda Sign worth Rs. 30,000/-, total worth Rs. 32,610/- were seized from their possession and legal action was taken by registering a crime under Section 34(2) of the Excise Act of City Kotwali Police Station Dhamtari.

In the above action, Sub Inspector Hemant Dhruv, Head Constable Gopi Chandrakar, Constable Shashikant Nayak, Diamond Yadav, Chander Jamdar, Mukesh Sinha, Santosh Thakur, Rupesh Rajak of City Kotwali Police Station had a special contribution.
