Two children who went to bathe in the pond died due to drowning, chaos among the family members

Pratapgarh. Two children (friends) who had gone to take bath in the pond drowned in deep water. On getting information, the family members along with the villagers reached the spot and started searching for both of them. The body of one child was found, while the body of another child was found after some time. After the dead body was found, the family members became distressed.

12 year old Shivam Pal, son of Ghanshyam Pal, resident of village Baraun Mansha of Baghrai, was friends with Aryan, eight year old son of Jaiprakash of the village. On Thursday, both the friends had left home for a walk at around 12 noon on a bicycle. When both of them did not return home till late evening, their family members started searching for them. During the search, at around 6 pm, Shivam’s bicycle was seen parked near the pond in Raipur Jalalpur village, three kilometers away from the house, on which the clothes and slippers of both his friends were seen hanging on the bicycle. After which the family started searching for both of them in the pond with the help of the villagers. Also informed the police.

During the search in the pond, Shivam’s body was recovered by the villagers while the police and villagers are searching for Aryan. After Shivam’s body was found, there was mourning among the family members. After the dead body of Shivam Pal was found, the condition of mother Priya Devi, sister Pratiksha, brother Ajay and father Ghanshyam was in dire straits. Aryan was the only son of his parents. The condition of the family members including mother Sunita Devi and sister Ruby remained distressed regarding his drowning. There is an uproar among the people of both the families regarding drowning in the pond. SO Baghrai Niket Bhardwaj said that both the bodies have been recovered. People need to be aware towards children.
