Try masala idli, note the method

For this, make idli a day before and keep it in the refrigerator. This will save your time in the morning and you will be able to prepare it in minutes. 10 idlis
2 to 3 tomatoes
4 to 5 curry leaves
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp mustard oil, salt as per taste

Now let all these ingredients boil well and add salt as per taste and cover it for 1 minute. In this way the tomatoes will melt completely and the masala will be ready. Now add idli to that masala and mix well. Lower the flame, cover with a lid and let it simmer for about a minute. Turn off the flame after a minute. – Now turn off the gas. Serve hot and enjoy breakfast
