Ingredients to make Suji Cutlet (Suji Cutlet Recipe In Hindi)
Semolina – 1 cup
Flour – 2 spoons
Capsicum – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1/2 cup (grated)
Cauliflower – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Green coriander – 4 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder – half teaspoon
Bread Crumbs – 2 slices
oil – as required
Salt – as per taste
Method of making semolina cutlets: –
To make semolina cutlets at home, first of all, its mixture has to be prepared.
To make the mixture, heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan, then add ginger paste and green match and fry a little. After this, put cauliflower, carrot and capsicum in the pan and fry them well.
When the vegetables are roasted well, add 2 cups of water to it, after mixing the water well, add salt as per your taste and cover the pan and leave the mixture till it boils.
When the mixture boils well, now add semolina to it. After mixing the semolina well, turn off the gas and leave the mixture for 5 minutes.
Prepare flour batter for the mixture:-
Prepare a thin solution by adding water to the flour, while mixing the solution, it is important to keep in mind that flour tablets should not be formed in the solution. After the solution is ready, add a little salt and black pepper to it and mix it well.

After the semolina cutlet mixture cools down, grease your hands with some oil. Now take a little mixture in your hands and make it in your favorite shape. While giving the shape, it is important to keep in mind that the shape should not be too thick, if the shape becomes thick then semolina cutlets will not get crunchy.

Fry semolina cutlets like this
After wrapping all semolina cutlets in bread crumbs, heat the oil well in a pan. After the oil is hot, put semolina cutlets in it for frying on medium flame according to the capacity of the pan. It may take 4 to 5 minutes to fry one cutlet well. After frying well, take out all the cutlets and serve it with tomato sauce or coriander mint chutney.
