Raipur. A painful road accident took place near Hotel Courtyard in Telibandha police station area of the capital between 8 pm and 9 pm in which an elderly person died on the spot. Giving information about the cases, Telibandha police station in-charge said that the name of the deceased is Raj Kumar Shivkani, a resident of Pirda village. Whose age is about 60 to 65 years. The police further informed that the deceased was on his way home.
Then the truck driver hit Raj Kumar from the front. The accident was so terrible that the truck went on crushing the head of the prince. The truck driver fled from the spot soon after the accident. Police has taken the truck in its possession. After the identification of the deceased, the police immediately took his dead body into custody and sent it to the sawmill for postmortem.
