Traffic disrupted on National Highway, police took action on 10 people

Janjgir-Champa. Police have registered an FIR against 10 named and others who blocked NH-49 in connection with death in a road accident in Amartal village of Akaltara police station area. According to the police, 45-year-old Rajkumar Yadav died after being crushed by a vehicle in Amartal village on the night of July 1. After the accident, angry people protested on NH-49. During this, there was a queue of vehicles on both sides of the road.

Truck driver Balwan Banjara was also trapped in Chakkajam. After the information, the officers and police of the district administration had reached and the blockade ended 4 hours after receiving the compensation. On the report of the truck driver, the Akaltara police booked 10 named Ahil Dahriya, Rahul Sonwani, Gyan Das Suryavanshi, Kamalkant Dahriya, Krishnakumar Yadav, Manish Kumar Yadav, Chhote Yadav, Lala Yadav, Chutti Yadav, Puranchand Lehre and others under IPC section 294, Crime has been registered under 341, 147. As of now, the accused have not been arrested and the police investigation is on in the matter.
