The case of gang rape of a girl in a moving car turned out to be fake, when SSP revealed it, everyone was stunned

Jhansi: The incident of gang rape in Jhansi’s Premnagar police station area yesterday turned out to be fake. Police investigation, CCTV footage and CDR revealed many secrets. The police have taken the plaintiff, the victim and her aunt into custody. Senior Superintendent of Police Rajesh S said that the innocent have been saved from going to jail due to the physical, scientific/technical evidence collected.

Manish Parihar, who lives in Premnagar police station area, had alleged that on August 20, his maternal uncle’s daughter had gone to the fields to defecate in the morning. At that time, three people of the village forcibly picked her up and raped her. Then they left her near a religious place on Jhansi-Shivpuri highway and fled. On the basis of the complaint, the police had registered a case under various sections, POCSO Act. Different teams were formed for this. The police analyzed the CDR of the victim and the accused in this case. To verify the truth of the incident, the police checked different CCTV footages around the incident site and Jhansi city.

The CCTV footage of the house of Prabhudayal Ahirwar, resident of village Dagaria, police station Premnagar, who is currently the village head, present near the incident site was checked. In this, no white four-wheeler was seen from 5:30 am to 11 am at the time of the incident as told by the victim. At the same time, the victim reached Jail Square at 7:20 am with auto driver Abdul Gaffar, resident of Khailar, from near a petrol pump at around 7 am, this has been confirmed by Abdul Gaffar in his statements. CCTV footage is available in this regard.

The victim tried to call her village neighbor Dilip Pataria at her home at 7:21 am from the mobile number of Balveer Singh Pal, an employee of the restaurant located at Jail Square, to make him talk to her, but the call did not connect. Balveer Singh’s statement, CCTV footage and mobile screen shot are available as evidence. Thereafter, the victim reached Elite Square at 07.31 am, Jeevanshah at 07.37 am and Minerva Square via the fort at 07.54 am and kept roaming around Minerva Square and its surroundings till 08.22 am, which is being confirmed by CCTV footage.

Thereafter, the victim reached Mayank Thakur’s shop located at Khushipura near Chhoti Kali Mata Mandir, from where she bought a pair of artificial anklets and toe rings and told her male friend, who is a resident of her village, from Mayank Thakur’s mobile that you come to the fort to meet me, I am waiting for you there. The above facts are being confirmed by Mayank Thakur’s statement and the CCTV footage available there and the statement of the male friend.

Then the victim walked on foot to the main gate of the fort via Minerva and sat on a bench here from 09.15 to 09.41 and waited for her male friend. The above fact is being confirmed by CCTV footage.
When her male friend did not come, the victim came to Jail Square by auto from Minerva Square at 10.05 and from Jail Square at 10.13, she reached Hansari by auto (UP93BT4388) with driver Phool Singh Vanshkar and reached her aunt’s house. The above fact is being confirmed by the statement of driver Phool Singh and the available CCTV footage.
When the victim reached aunt Phoolwati Parihar’s house, initially the reason for leaving the house and being absent was not told to the family members. However, on repeated pressure from the family members, the victim told that she wanted to go somewhere with her male friend, but the male friend did not come to pick her up.
Then the victim’s aunt Phoolwati mentioned above, Phoolwati’s son (plaintiff Manish Parihar) explained to the victim that this is the right opportunity. Together we can recover money from Sonu Bhargava and Manish Pandey of your village. You file a case of gang rape against them. Then all of them got the said false case registered at Premnagar police station with one consent.

During the investigation, the plaintiff case and the story told by the victim were found to be completely false from the scientific and technical evidence available. In the investigation, by omitting the above section and making the named accused wrong, further legal action is being taken by taking the victim (juvenile offender), Phoolwati (victim’s aunt), Manish Parihar (victim’s aunt’s son/plaintiff) into custody. On this occasion, SP City Gyanendra Singh, CO Sadar Sneha Tiwari were also present.

Then the victim’s aunt Phoolwati mentioned above, Phoolwati’s son (plaintiff Manish Parihar) explained to the victim that this is the right opportunity.
