Tampering in government records, Patwari now in police custody

Janjgir. Patwari Kunj Bihari Beswade, who was the king of land mafia in Sakti, has finally been arrested by the police. A case of fraud has been registered against Patwari Beswade for forging government records. Patwari was absconding for about two years, who has been arrested by Sakti Police from Bilaspur.

In the case, the police said that the complainant Sanjay Ramchandra had submitted a complaint that Jagdish Bansal of Sakti has occupied the government land for the last 20 years and has built an apartment of 24 houses and a luxurious bungalow worth crores. Complained about this to the Chief Minister.

The investigation of which was done by the Collector by constituting an investigation team. In point A 01 of Collector Janjgir’s memorandum dated 06.04.2019, Khasra number 1316/7 was registered in the name of Hemlata husband Jagdish Prasad Bansal Sakin Sakti Patwari Halka number 22, total area 12 decimal as per the records of 1998. But by Hemlata Bansal, without the order of the court, 03 decimal land was registered in the records by making it 1316/34 rakba in her name.
