60 ml coconut milk
2 green cardamoms, crushed
20 ml vanilla syrup
200 ml cold brew (medium roast arabica coffee)

Method
Add coconut milk, vanilla syrup and crushed cardamom in a saucepan and boil till it reduces by 20%, so that the flavor of cardamom dissolves in the milk. Keep aside to cool down.
Pour the cold brew into an old fashioned glass, add ice cubes and top with coconut milk and enjoy.

150 ml strong French press coffee
15 ml dark chocolate sauce
pinch of cinnamon powder
whipped cream
a pinch of nutmeg
cinnamon stick, to garnish
Method
Pour the coffee into your favorite mug.
Add chocolate sauce and cinnamon powder and mix well.
Pour whipped cream on top, sprinkle nutmeg powder and serve garnished with cinnamon stick.
