Rishab Shetty: Kantara film team in trouble.. case filed
Mumbai: Hero Rishab Shetty made a name for himself all over India with the film Kantara. This film, which came in 2022, created a stir at the box office. The film was not only a superhit .. but it also made a huge amount of money across the country. Along with this, Rishab Shetty is busy working on the prequel. He will come in front of the audience with the story of what happened before Kantara. The shooting of this film is currently going on at a fast pace. The film is being shot in the forest areas of Karnataka. Against this background, the team of Kantara film has got into trouble. Local people have complained that the forest area is being destroyed due to the shooting of this film. Kantara Chapter-1 is currently being shot in Gavigudda forest area of Karnataka.
Local people as well as former members of the Zilla Panchayat have started protesting against this. Local people are angry that explosives are being used in the forests. Due to this, the local people are accusing the film of being shot secretly in the forests of Gavigudda and Heruru villages. They are expressing displeasure that this will cause serious damage to the environment. It is alleged that shooting is being done in the forest even after getting permission to shoot in the grasslands. Former District Panchayat member Sanna Swamy alleged that the shooting of the film is harming animals and birds. He said that farmers are already facing trouble due to the attack of wild elephants. They are angry that despite the Supreme Court’s order to protect the forests, the officials are being negligent. He warned that immediate action should be taken to prevent further damage.
The situation became tense after the local people argued with the film crew over the use of explosives in the forest. During this dispute, the crew allegedly attacked a local youth named Harish and he was injured. He was immediately admitted to Crawford Hospital in Sakleshpur.
There is widespread anger over this incident. The locals are demanding that the Kantara movie be shot at some other location and appropriate action be taken against the crew. It seems that a case has been registered locally at Yesaluru Police Station.
Meanwhile.. Kantara: Chapter 1 is being directed by Rishab Shetty himself. The film is being produced on a large scale by KGF Makers and Hombale Films. The film is set to release in theaters on October 2 this year on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. Meanwhile.. Kantara has become one of the highest grossing films to come in 2022. Rishab Shetty received the National Award for Best Actor for this film.
