According to the information received from the Land Records Office, Raipur district, in the rainfall measurement started from June 1, so far 1236.5 mm rainfall has been recorded in Dharsiwa tehsil of Raipur district, 1069.8 mm in Arang tehsil, 1085.4 mm in Mandir Hasaud, 910.8 mm in Abhanpur, 980.0 mm in Gobra Navapara, 985.4 mm in Tilda, 1096.2 in Kharora, 1250.2 in Raipur tehsil. Thus, so far 1076.0 mm average rainfall has been recorded in the district. On the basis of rainfall report, maximum rainfall on August 8 was recorded in Raipur at 10.9 mm, Gobarnawapara at 10.5 mm, Arang at 10.3 mm, Dharsiwa at 10.1 mm, Abhanpur at 4.8, Kharora at 4.2, Tilda at 3.4 mm and Mandir Hasod at 3.7 mm.
