Prime Minister’s message will be telecast on Veer Bal Diwas 26

Raipur. Along with the country, Veer Bal Diwas will also be celebrated in Chhattisgarh on 26th December. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s message will be broadcasted in all registered child care institutions. On this occasion, along with the screening of audio-visual made by the Ministry of Culture, a digital exhibition based on Veer Bal Diwas will be organized. During this, the winners of the Veer Bal competition will also be awarded. It is noteworthy that Veer Bal Diwas is celebrated in memory of the supreme sacrifice and courage of the sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Preparations are being made to celebrate Veer Bal Diwas with great enthusiasm in Chhattisgarh. For this, detailed guidelines have been issued to all the collectors by the Women and Child Development Department. Women and Child Development Department, Sports and Youth Welfare Department, Panchayat, Higher Education and Urban Administration Department have been made the nodal agencies for organizing Veer Bal Diwas.

Volunteers of NYK, NSS, NCC have also been asked to take cooperation in mobilization in the activities. On the occasion of Veer Bal Diwas in the state, various activities are being organized at the district level, municipality, ward, block, gram panchayat level. The objective of these activities is to establish and strengthen the values and contribution towards nation building among the youth and adolescents, countrymen and women. For this, experiences of freedom fighters and former winners of the Prime Minister’s National Children’s Award (PMRBP) will be shared in the activities. Before Veer Bal Diwas, on 22nd and 23rd December, registration and activities of teenage girls and boys are being uploaded on the My Bharat portal. During this time, oath taking and brave child competition is also being organized for a developed India. In the competition, painting, reading (recitation), singing, poetry and essay competitions are being organized on the topic of bravery.
