Raipur. In Khamhardih police station area, some miscreant youths have entered Virasat Apartment and tried to assault and create ruckus with the jack of a car. The police have arrested all the accused in the case and have also taken out a procession on the way.
Let us tell you that on Sunday, three miscreants who broke into the house of Virasat Apartment in Khamhardih area of the capital, vandalized a car and assaulted a person with a car jack at midnight on January 26, were arrested by the police on Sunday.
According to information received from Khamhardih police station, Santosh Jain (57), resident of A-404, Virasat Apartment, Vijaynagar, had lodged a complaint that on January 26 at 11.45 pm, he was accused of driving a car at high speed near Avanti Vihar Jait Khamb Main Road. He had a dispute with the accused Ateeb Baula, Mohammad Anas and others. After coming home, Atib, Anas Baula and his other friends came outside the society and started abusing.
During this time, they were showing the car jack and rod in their hands and threatening to kill them. When he refused, he was beaten. Due to this, his head and other parts of the body were injured. Hearing the commotion, many people from the apartment came and informed the police. In this case, the police registered a case of assault and rebellion and started searching for the accused. On Sunday, police arrested Sheikh Imran (21), resident of Maudhapara, Faheem Khan (28), resident of Afroz Bagh Bari and Mohammad Shakeel Ahmed (46), resident of KK Road, near Rajbandha Pond. The search is on for other absconding accused involved in the incident. The arrested accused are involved in buying and selling of land.
