Balod. Ranchirai police has arrested a youth who was transporting liquor by car. According to the information, the police got information from the informer that a person was coming in his car towards village Khuteri for the purpose of earning illegal profit by taking liquor from the country liquor shop of village Arkar.
On which a team was formed under the leadership of Sub-Inspector Yaman Kumar Dewangan, in-charge of the police station, went to the spot and took raid action. During this, the accused Devvrat Binjhekar, who was transporting liquor illegally, was caught in front of the paddy purchase center of village Khuteri. From whose possession 45 pow country plain liquor has been seized. After taking further action, police duly arrested and produced before the court and sent on judicial remand.
