New Delhi: Tamil Nadu minister and DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin, who came into limelight by making controversial statements regarding Sanatan Dharma, took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday. Alleging favoritism in allocating funds to states, junior Stalin said BJP-ruled states get more money. Whereas Tamil Nadu got 28 paise for just one rupee. He further said that for this PM Modi should be called ’28 paisa PM’. Addressing separate rallies in Ramanathapuram and Theni, Chief Minister MK Stalin’s son Udhayanidhi Stalin took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said, “Now we should call the Prime Minister ’28 paisa PM’.” Udhayanidhi Stalin continued his attack against the BJP-led Center and claimed that it has come up with the National Education Policy to destroy the future of children in Tamil Nadu. He said the Central government discriminated against Tamil Nadu in terms of transfer of funds, development projects and banning NEET in the state. Stalin also accused the Prime Minister of visiting Tamil Nadu when elections were near. Let us tell you that there are 39 Lok Sabha seats in Tamil Nadu. Voting will be held here in a single phase on April 19. Counting of votes will take place on June 4.
