Payment of Rs 3 lakh without approval

Jashpur. Collector Dr. Ravi Mittal has suspended Assistant Grade-02 (Naib Nazir) Tikam Singh of Sub-Divisional Officer (RA) Pathalgaon with immediate effect. The allotment received for expenditure of only Rs 3 lakh, without the approval of any higher authority, was arbitrarily transferred to Basant Yadav, proprietor of Anant Highway Service Pathalgaon, P.O. l. The amount has been paid.

In this regard, a show cause notice has been issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer (R.) Pathalgaon. The answer to which has not been submitted by Tikam Singh till date. Tikam Singh Baz, Naib Nazir Pathalgaon, disobeying the orders of higher officials and not faithfully performing the tasks assigned to him, was transferred from Naib Nazir Branch Pathalgaon to Sub Tehsil Baghbahar and Kailash Yadav, Assistant Grade-03, was transferred to Naib Nazir Branch Pathalgaon. According to the application submitted by Kailash Yadav, Assistant Grade-03, till today, Tikam Singh Baz has not handed over the charge of Naib Nazir branch Pathalgaon nor is he taking any interest in handing over the charge. Thus, Tikam Singh has shown disobedience and arbitrariness to the orders of higher officials and has been negligent towards his duty. Which is Chhattisgarh. This is contrary to Rule 03 of the Civil Services Conduct Rules 1965. Therefore, Tikam Singh Baz, Assistant Grade-02 (Naib Nazir) has been suspended with immediate effect under the provisions given in Rule 9 of Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 1966. During the suspension period, his headquarters office is fixed as Sub-Divisional Officer (R.) Jashpur. During the suspension period, he will be eligible for living allowance as per rules.
