Jharkhand: A major administrative change has been seen in the education department of North Chhotanagpur division. Mass transfer and new posting of 74 education workers working at the same place for a long time in seven districts of the division has been done. After this reshuffle, the stir among the employees in many offices of the Education Department has intensified and an atmosphere of discussions has been created regarding transfer-posting. This action has been taken by the Office of the Regional Joint Director of Education (RJDE), the official list of which was released late Friday evening. After the release of the list, when the offices opened on Saturday, there was discussion at many places about the change between the old and new employees. This transfer list includes employees working in education offices of Hazaribagh, Chatra, Koderma, Giridih, Bokaro, Dhanbad and Ramgarh districts. According to the information, the employees whose tenure at one place had exceeded the stipulated period, have been removed from there. According to the data, 23 employees working in an office for more than three years have been transferred. At the same time, 41 employees who have been working in the same district for more than six years have also been transferred. Apart from this, 10 employees working at the same place for 8 to 12 years also had to change the district or office. Due to this major reshuffle, major changes have also been seen in the Hazaribagh District Education Officer (DEO) office. Many employees working here for a long time have been removed and new personnel have been deployed in their place. Keshav Kumar and Ankit Kumar, working in Hazaribagh DEO office, have been sent to the District Superintendent of Education (DSE) office Hazaribagh. Clerk Kumar Parmanandam has been given new responsibility in Ramgarh and Parvez Alam in Chatra. Apart from this, Sanjeev Kumar has been transferred to Dhanbad. Meanwhile, as part of administrative changes, Kumari Neelam took charge as the new District Education Officer (DEO) in Hazaribagh on Saturday. As soon as he assumes charge, he has also been given the additional charge of North Chhotanagpur Divisional Headquarters. Kumari Neelam will now oversee the education system of Hazaribagh as well as Chatra, Koderma, Giridih, Bokaro, Dhanbad and Ramgarh districts. After assuming office, he said that his priority is to further strengthen the education system and ensure better operations in schools. He also clarified that regular monitoring of the education system will be done in all the districts and necessary steps will be taken for improvements at the ground level. This major administrative reshuffle is being seen as an effort to increase transparency and efficiency in the education department. At the same time, it is expected that new energy will be brought into the departmental work by the transfer of employees who have been stuck at one place for a long time. Overall, this transfer in North Chhotanagpur division is being considered as a big change for the education department, due to which the administrative system is likely to become more active in the coming time.
