Now 18 laborers died in Kawardha pickup accident

Raipur. Now 18 laborers have died in the Kawardha pickup accident. CM Sai wrote on X, Sad news is being received about the death of 18 villagers and injuries of 4 due to pickup overturning near Bahpani village of Kukdur police station area of Kabirdham district. Necessary instructions have been given to the district administration for better treatment of the injured. I pray to God for the peace of the departed souls and express my deepest condolences to their family. I pray for the speedy recovery of the injured.

The police officer told about the accident that more than 25 people were returning in a pickup vehicle after plucking tendu leaves. Meanwhile, the pickup vehicle went out of control and fell into a deep ditch. When people nearby saw the accident, they informed the village. After this the villagers have reached the spot to help the people. On receiving the information, the police also reached the spot.
