Essential Ingredients || Ingredients for Masaladar Chicken
Chicken = 400 – 500 grams
Small cardamom = 3 to 4
Cloves = 4 to 5
Black pepper = 9 to 10
Cumin = 1 – teaspoon
Green chili = 2 to 3

Ginger garlic paste = 1 – teaspoon
Coriander powder = 3 – teaspoon
Sauf = 1 – teaspoon
Red chili powder = 1 – teaspoon
Turmeric powder = 1 – teaspoon
Gram flour = 2 – spoon
Garam Masala = 1 – teaspoon
salt = as per taste
Oil = 1 – cup
To marinate
Ginger garlic paste = 1 – teaspoon
Red chili powder = 1 – teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder = 1/2 – teaspoon
Lemon juice = 1 – teaspoon
Salt = 1 – teaspoon
Recipe || How to make Masaladar Chicken
First of all take chicken in a bowl.
After this add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice to the chicken, mix well and keep the chicken in a cool place or refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Put small cardamom, clove, black pepper and cumin in a pan and roast it lightly and now take these spices out in a vessel.
Grate all the tomatoes or make a paste in a mixer.
Finely chop the onions and green chillies.
After this, heat oil in a cooker and add finely chopped onions and fry till they become light brown.
After roasting onions, add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, sauf and finely chopped green chilies and fry it well for a while.
When all these spices are fried, then add tomato paste, salt and all the standing spices cardamom, clove, cumin, black pepper to it.
Fry all these spices until the oil starts separating from them, when the oil starts separating from them, then add marinated chicken to it and fry it well for 2 to 3 minutes.
When the color of the chicken turns from pink to white, add water to it and close the lid of the cooker and let the chicken cook till one whistle comes, then turn off the gas and leave the cooker to cool down.
Now this spicy chicken is ready, add roasted garam masala to the chicken.
Now this spicy chicken is ready to eat. Serve the chicken with rice, roti or paratha
