Ginger – 2 tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 teaspoon
Whole coriander – 1 tsp

Tamarind paste – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
Recipe || How to make Ginger chutney recipe
To make Ginger chutney recipe, heat oil in a pan.
Put ginger in hot oil and fry for two to three minutes, after roasting ginger, lightly fry chana dal, urad dal, whole coriander, whole red chili, fenugreek.
To grind the roasted ingredients, put them in the mixer and grind them with jaggery and tamarind paste.
To temper the chutney, heat oil in a pan, add 1/4 teaspoon urad dal, 1/4 teaspoon chana dal, mustard seeds, asafoetida, and one whole red chili to the hot oil and prepare the tempering.
Grind the prepared tempering in the mixer and put it in the mixer.
