Greater Noida: More than 100 students became victims of food poisoning after eating spoiled food in Greater Noida. Everyone was served food in the hostel mess. As soon as the students ate food, their stomach started aching and they started vomiting. This incident created chaos in the hostel. The students were immediately admitted to the nearest hospital, where they are undergoing treatment. According to the information, the entire matter pertains to Aryan Residency and Lloyd Hostel located in Knowledge Park police station area of Greater Noida. Students from more than 100 different colleges living there fell ill after eating food. He started having stomach ache and vomiting. Seeing the condition worsening, the hostel operators got scared. After which the work of taking the sick students to the hospital was started. Many students reached the hospital on their own, where they are undergoing treatment.
The students have accused the hostel operator of serving bad food. A complaint was also made to the police. On which the police said that the matter is in the cognizance of Knowledge Park police station. On the evening of March 8, the students were given food which caused stomach upset. He was immediately admitted to the nearest hospital for treatment. At present, the condition of all the students is fine. Also, peace and order is maintained. Advance legal action is being taken in the matter by Knowledge Park police station. It is being told that the health of the students had deteriorated after eating the fast food during Shivratri at around 9:30 pm last night. On the basis of the complaint, the police and food department team is engaged in investigation. Action will be taken after investigation. Because, even before this, such complaints have been received against some hostels. Students have accused of compromising on the quality of food.
