Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal gave strict instructions, government schemes should be taken to the lower level

Raipur. State Education, Tourism and Culture Minister and in-charge of Kanker district, Brijmohan Aggarwal, held a marathon meeting of district level officials in Kanker late on Monday, March 11, to ensure better implementation of various schemes of the Central and State Government and to ensure better implementation of the lower level schemes as per the intention of the government. Instructions were given to ensure access at the level. Minister Shri Aggarwal clearly directed the officials present in the meeting to prepare a systematic strategy before the implementation of any scheme so that no eligible beneficiary is deprived of the benefits. It was also said that any kind of negligence or laxity in this will not be tolerated at all. He said that the resolve taken by the country’s successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to develop the country has to be fulfilled by all of us together. He told the officials that the people have many aspirations and expectations from the new government of the state and as per the expectations of the people, our government has taken many important decisions in the last three months.

Minister in-charge of the district, Brijmohan Aggarwal, while reviewing the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, expressed his displeasure over the 9207 cases remaining for construction even after the approval and release of the first installment under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme, all the work will start by the end of this month. Directed the CEO of District Panchayat to get it done. Similarly, instructions were given to ensure payment of the outstanding amount of incentive issued to the farmers in the years 2014-15 and 2015-16 by March 20. While reviewing the Jaljeevan Mission, Minister Shri Aggarwal directed the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering to conduct the necessary survey before starting the construction work under the scheme. At the same time, both the departments were directed to execute the work in coordination for the solar panels installed under CREDA. He clearly said that until 100 percent availability of drinking water in houses is not ensured, the full amount should not be paid to the contractors. Similarly, under Mahtari Vandan Yojana, information was taken about transfer of funds to all the eligible beneficiaries through DBT and said that no eligible sister should be deprived of the benefits of this scheme. While reviewing the Food Department, the Prime Minister directed to run a campaign to provide gas connections to 1526 beneficiaries under the Ujjwala Scheme and to continuously review the operators of the gas agency. Similarly, while reviewing the road construction works, the Minister in-charge of the district gave instructions to compulsorily complete the Nandanmara Bridge before the upcoming rainy season.
