Masala Bhindi Recipe: Bhindi is a favorite of many people in the summer season. Everyone enjoys its taste in different ways, here some people eat stuffed ladyfinger while some people like to taste masala ladyfinger. Ladyfinger – 250 grams
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Oil as required
Salt – as per taste
- First of all wash the ladyfinger thoroughly.
- Then finely chop the onion and tomato.
- Now place a pan on the gas and heat oil in it.
- When the oil is hot, add ladyfinger and fry it.
- Take out the fried ladyfinger in a plate.
- After this, put oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds in it.
- After adding cumin seeds, add onion, ginger and garlic paste and temper it.
- After 2-3 minutes, add tomatoes.
- After adding tomatoes, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and mix.
- Cook the mixture on low flame for some time.
- When the tomatoes start cooking a little, add garam masala, kasuri methi, dry mango powder and cook.
- Stir the vegetable with a ladle and then cover the vegetable and cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the gas after the stipulated time.
- Your delicious ladyfinger is ready.
- Serve with hot roti.
