Mandir Hassaud police took action on liquor vendors, 2 arrested

Raipur. Rohit Nirmalkar, accused of illegally transporting liquor, has been caught. Accused Rohit Nirmalkar was found illegally transporting liquor in a two-wheeler number CG 04 PF 9367 near village Nakti. During the action, the police seized 41 pavas of illegally possessed country liquor and a two-wheeler from his possession. Crime number 307/2024 under section 34(2) of the Excise Act was registered against the accused and action was taken.

Premnarayan Bharti alias Bablu, accused of illegally transporting liquor, arrested

The accused, Premnarayan Bharti alias Bablu, father of Shivkumar Bharti, age 21 years, resident of Palaud Oriya Basti, was illegally transporting liquor in a two-wheeler serial number CG 04 HA 0993 near Ravanbhatha and arrested him for illegally keeping 40 pauwa of country liquor and liquor in his possession. The used two-wheeler Jumla worth approximately Rs 44000/- was seized and action was taken against the accused by registering crime number 310/2024 under Section 34(2) of the Excise Act in Police Station Mandir Hasaud.
