1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pistachios
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground green cardamom
2 pinches saffron
1/4 cup cashews
2 tbsp fennel
2 teaspoons melon seeds
2 tbsp dried rose petals
Thandai Masala Recipe
Step – 1 Fry the ingredients
Keep a pan on medium heat. Add almonds, cashews, pistachios, fennel, black pepper, melon seeds, green cardamom powder, dry rose petals and saffron. Fry the ingredients for a few minutes.
Step – 2 Grind the ingredients
Let them cool down a bit. After this put it in the blender. Blend it well until all the ingredients turn into a fine powder.
Step-3 Prepare thandai
In this way your thandai masala will be ready. Now add 1 to 2 spoons of thandai masala in a glass of milk. Add sugar to it. Mix it well. Put some ice cubes in it. Now serve it.
