Eating Kulfi in summer is a different experience, hence making Cashew Almond Kulfi at home will be quite fun. You can also make it with children, so that they will enjoy eating it more. Material :
25 cashews
500 ml milk
1/4 teaspoon ground green cardamom
25 almonds
10 teaspoons ground jaggery
3 tbsp thick cream
Method :
Grind almonds, cashews and heavy cream together and make a fine paste.
Boil milk and add dry fruit paste to it. Mix well and let it boil for 15 minutes. Add jaggery, cardamom powder and mix well.
Let it cool a bit and then pour it into the kulfi mould. Let it freeze until it sets completely.
Once completely set, remove it from the molds and serve.
