Make sweet dish from carrots in Bholenath’s Prasad on Mahashivratri

The great festival of Mahashivratri is about to come, people observe fast and worship on this day to celebrate the auspicious marriage of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati. During the worship of Mahashivratri, people offer various types of prasad and sweets to Lord Shiva. Both these sweets are easy to make and delicious to eat.

Carrot Halwa Recipe
250 grams carrots (chopped)
one liter milk
Half bowl dry fruits (finely chopped)
one spoon cardamom powder
sugar to taste

How to make Carrot Halwa
To make carrot halwa, first wash and peel the carrots and grate the pumpkin with a grater.
Now heat milk in a pan, when the milk starts boiling, add carrots to it and mix.
Finely chop dry fruits and mix them with milk.
Cook carrots and milk on medium flame for 20-25 minutes.
As soon as the carrots and milk thicken, add cardamom powder and sugar to it.
Cook for some more time and turn off the flame and let it cool.

Carrot Barfi Recipe
half kilo carrot
have a cup
half cup cashew powder
one cup full cream milk
Half bowl dry fruits (finely chopped)
one spoon cardamom powder
2 tbsp desi ghee
one-sugar

How to make carrot barfi
To make carrot barfi, wash, clean and finely grate the carrots.
Now boil milk in a pan on medium flame.
When the milk boils, add grated carrots to it and cook well.
