Soya Chaap – 1/2 kg
Onion – 3
Green chili – 2-3
Cardamom – 2
Black pepper – 2 to 3
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves – 2
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curd – 1 cup
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Cream – 4 tbsp

Recipe || How to make Malai Chap recipe
To make Malai Chaap (Malai Chaap recipe), heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, put soya chaap in it and cook covered on low flame.
Put oil in another pan, after the oil is hot, add cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom and bay leaf and temper it.
After lightly roasting the spices, add finely chopped onion and fry the onion till it becomes light golden.
After roasting onions, add ginger-garlic paste to the pan, after roasting lightly add garam masala, coriander powder and black pepper powder and mix.
After lightly roasting the spices, mix the beaten curd in it, as well as add green chillies and salt to it and mix.
After stirring the curd well, add cream, fry soya chap, mix well, add half a cup of water and let it cook on medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
