Everyone is in a hurry early in the morning and it seems that time is passing very fast. In such a situation, you can try this dish because it does not take much time.
Ingredients for Avocado Mixture
Avocado ripe – 2
Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped – 3 cloves
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Ingredients for Toast
Bread slices – 4
Butter – 2 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
Chili flakes – 1 tsp
Method
- First of all, take avocados in a big bowl and mash them well.
Now add chopped garlic, chopped onion, black pepper and mix everything well. - After this add lemon juice and coriander in this mixture. Mix everything well once again.
- Keep in mind that it is important that all the ingredients are well mixed. In this way the avocado mixture is ready.
Now take bread slices and apply butter on both sides. Now keep a nonstick pan/griddle on medium flame for heating.
When the pan becomes hot, put the bread slices in it and fry well till it becomes golden brown from both the sides. - When the bread slices are cooked well, remove them from the pan and cut them into triangles or any shape of your choice.
Now spread the avocado mixture well around these bread slices. - Along with this, sprinkle mixed herbs and chili flakes on the slices. Similarly, prepare all the toasts one by one.
