It has been learned that the girl who committed suicide after conversion, rape and refusal to marry was four months pregnant. Police say that the lover Faraz started refusing to marry accusing her of characterlessness. Hurt by this, the girl called 120 times on December 11, but Faraz did not receive it. After this, the girl sent a voice message and burnt herself alive. Police have arrested Faraz after getting evidence of conversion and rape.
DCP City Rajesh Kumar said that a 70-year-old cancer patient resident of Kavinagar area had filed a case in the city police station on December 17. He had accused Shahdara Delhi resident Faraz Akhtar, his mother Mahe Talab, sister Sana and brother Kashif along with two others. According to the elderly, Faraz trapped his daughter in his love trap and made physical relations with her by luring her with marriage. He gradually converted his daughter’s religion and started the activities of his religion. After making her stay in a five-star hotel and exploiting her physically, mentally and financially, Faraz had abandoned his daughter.
Faraz started refusing to marry accusing her of characterlessness, hurt by which his daughter committed suicide by burning herself on 11 December. The DCP says that accused Faraz Akhtar has been arrested after getting evidence of conversion, rape and abortion. The role of his family members has also come to light in the investigation. Efforts are being made to arrest them.
According to DCP City, all evidence has been found from the girl’s house and mobile. Chatting and recordings have been found in the mobile, while religious books and the girl’s diary have been recovered from the house. The diary had a step-by-step method of learning the activities of other religions written in it. Faraz had also provided a tutor to the girl to teach her the activities of his religion. Apart from this, thousands of chats with Faraz Akhtar have been found from the girl’s mobile, in which Faraz has indirectly demanded dowry. Police say that Faraz’s intention was to get a flat worth Rs 4 crore and a Mercedes car from the girl. His intention has also become clear from the chatting.
Faraz had also got the girl aborted in the year 2021. At the time of suicide, the girl was four months pregnant. In this regard, the police have also got medical reports and chats. According to the DCP, the girl burnt herself alive after being hurt by the infidelity of the accused.
DCP City said that Faraz has been arrested. He is an MBA pass and does business of share trading. He met the graduate girl through common friends. The girl also used to do trading and online insurance. Faraz’s intention was to grab the property worth crores of rupees of the girl. Due to this, he kept the girl trapped in his love trap for many years.
The girl used to call Faroo lovingly to Faraz. An audio clip of the girl has been found from the mobile, in which she is crying bitterly. The girl is saying that how our relationship has been fixed. With so much difficulty my father has agreed, your family members have agreed. With so much difficulty we have been stopped and you are doubting me. You are shouting at me because of someone else. I have never lied to you and you are calling me wrong. I am going to be your wife and you want to end the relationship.
The girl who committed suicide is the daughter of a businessman. The father had transferred 20 crore rupees earned from business to his daughter. After initial friendship, when Faraz came to know about such a huge amount in the girl’s account, he trapped her in a love trap. Faraz grabbed lakhs of rupees citing debt on himself. He wanted to get her money somehow. The businessman who lost his daughter says that on December 5, his daughter had got the marriage documents ready, but Faraz insisted on postponing the date. On December 10, the daughter told him that Faraz has put a condition of marrying only after transferring the property to his name. Hurt by this, his daughter committed suicide by setting herself on fire in the house in Chandrapuri on December 11.
