Raipur. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Little Yoga Champion Aditya Raje Singh conducted Yoga exercises to people at Pujya Shree Shadani Darbar Dhamtari Road Raipur and Bal Grih Mana Camp, Raipur. He performed various yoga asanas and told children and elders about the benefits of various yoga asanas. Aditya Raje also told them that yoga not only makes us healthy but it also cleanses our mind and soul, and helps in the mental health of a person. Aditya Raje Singh himself not only does more than 25 yogasanas, but also tells their benefits to the people. He considers his mother Namrata Singh as his yoga guru who started teaching yoga to Aditya Raje in his childhood. Since then till today, he too has been continuously doing yoga practice under the able guidance of his mother.
The Little Yoga Champion further said that if a person is healthy in body and mind, then only he can contribute for the betterment of the society and the environment. Aditya Raje is currently 9 years old. He has been continuously working in the field of Yoga and Environment since the age of just 5 years. Revered Saint Dr. Yudhishthir Lal Maharaj praised Aditya Raje and extended his best wishes for his future endeavours. A large number of people were present on this occasion.
Let us tell you that Little Yoga Champion Aditya Raje Singh is also very concerned about the environment. He keeps on distributing saplings of fruitful trees to the people from time to time. He has been doing such work for the past several years, which has been praised by Shankaracharya, ministers, people’s representatives, chairman of Raipur Municipal Corporation, and various social institutions ranging from Mahamandaleshwar, saints Mahatmas have also done it.
