KTU student committed suicide, died in anger

Raipur. A media student died in Raipur. Actually the girl had attempted suicide. The girl lost her life during treatment. Police is investigating this matter, according to the information that has come to the fore, the girl was a resident of Rajnandgaon. While trying to commit suicide at home, he had hanged himself with a scarf. Immediately the relatives saved it and took it to the hospital.

According to information received from local sources, 25-year-old Smriti Thakur was living with her family in Mahendra Nagar area of Rajnandgaon. He tried to commit suicide by hanging himself in his room, immediately the family members who reached the spot saved his life and took him to the hospital. Seeing the condition deteriorating after first aid in Rajnandgaon itself, he was referred to Raipur. The student died on Tuesday while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in the capital.

It is being told that the student hanged himself in his house on Sunday. After a dispute with his family members at home, the student took the extreme step in anger. Although there was a debate on what, the reason for the suicide could not be clear. Rajnandgaon police is looking into the matter. According to the information revealed so far, Smriti Thakur was studying MSC Electronic Media from Kushabhau Thackeray University. She was a student of fourth semester.
