Kashipur: In Kashipur, the police have registered a case against five people including two women on the orders of the court on the charge of taking a woman hostage and stripping her naked in a house dispute. A man gave a complaint to the police and said that his wife is working in the health department. For many years, there has been a dispute with Suresh Prajapati, Harishankar Prajapati and Pragat Singh regarding the house. To settle the dispute, a woman officer of his wife, Madhubala and her colleague Rekha Chauhan sent her step brother to the house to resolve the dispute. Due to which his wife fell into mental depression.
On the morning of 17 August 2023, the accused Madhubala called his wife to her house to do departmental work. Where Suresh Prajapati, Harishankar Prajapati and Pragat Singh were already present. It is alleged that as soon as they entered the house, they took his wife hostage, stripped her naked and made obscene videos and molested her. Since then, the said people are blackmailing and mentally harassing her.
The said people kidnapped his son on 23 September and left him bleeding. When no action was taken on the police complaint, she approached the court. On the court’s order, the police filed a case against five people, including two women.
