Tamil Nadu: Governor R.N. Ravi advised students to update themselves with emerging technologies.

Governor R.N. Ravi interacted on Tuesday with students from the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and National Service Scheme (NSS) who had participated in the special camp and squad classes held in Delhi on Republic Day.

Speaking at the event held at the Governor’s House in Guindy, Chennai, Governor R.N. Ravi said:

“Whatever field you choose, you should strive to be the best in it. You should dream big. It is essential to pay more attention to both discipline and health. When every young person becomes a great entrepreneur or a great teacher, the country will automatically progress.”

He said that with new technologies, times are changing very rapidly, and it is important for students to update themselves with these changes.

At the event, NSS Regional Director C. Samuel Seliah and Deputy Director General of the NCC Directorate S. Raghav spoke about the achievements of the students from Tamil Nadu who participated in the Republic Day celebrations.

The Governor then answered questions from the students. Earlier, the Governor’s Principal Secretary, Kirlosh Kumar, welcomed everyone.
