New Delhi: India has sent humanitarian assistance to Haiti. The assistance contains medical supplies. The medical supplies left New Delhi today, informed MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal.
As per reports, the said assistance contains 9 tons of medical supplies. The consignment includes blood transfusion essentials, reagents for Immunohematology etc.
“India sends humanitarian assistance to Haiti! In solidarity with the people of Haiti, India’s humanitarian assistance containing 9 tons of medical supplies left New Delhi today, for Port-au-Prince. The consignment includes blood transfusion essentials, reagents for Immunohematology, Rapid tests and ELISA, among others,” MEA Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said in an X post on Monday, reported ANI.
