Kerala: The woman in the Panthirankao domestic violence case, who initially said she had no complaint of being beaten up, has again filed a complaint against her husband Rahul. The woman lodged a complaint with the Panthirankao police alleging that her husband Rahul had beaten her up.

Rahul taken into police custody. Meanwhile, Rahul has been taken into police custody for creating a ruckus under the influence of alcohol. The police said the problem arose in Palazhi area on Monday morning.

On Monday night, she gave in writing that there was no complaint, but she lodged a complaint today. The girl’s complaint has been registered by the police. The girl claims that her husband beat her up saying that there was no tamarind in the fish curry. The complaint is that the girl’s mother called her and beat her up.

The woman was admitted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital on Monday night with serious injuries. The woman gave a statement to the police that Rahul beat her up at her house in Panthirankao and in the ambulance while being taken to the hospital, causing injuries to her head, lip and left eye.

Earlier, while considering the domestic violence case filed by the young woman, the woman had given a statement in favor of her husband, after which the High Court dismissed the case. After this, she started living in Rihul’s house in Pantyrangav for one and a half months.
