The applicant threatened to kill him if he asked for his money back. All three ran away with knife and chisel, who ran away after saving their lives.
The tractor was also vandalized by the three boys. On coming to the police station and registering the crime with the help of a person of the applicant, Section 341, 394, 506, 34 Bhadvi 0 25.27 Arms Act crime was taken into consideration against three unknown accused.
